- July 4 Cape Coral’s Red, White and Boom is touted as the largest single-day event in Southwest Florida. More than 40,000 people gather for one of the best fireworks shows around, from 5-10 p.m. There are many nearby RV campgrounds, some of which offer waterfront sites.
